The brief was to create a commercial subdivision on a 564m2 site at the entrance point of Raglan, that would appeal to a broad range of occupiers, investors and tenants. Working through planning, design, and construction, the development is being carefully master planned to maximise the available space while delivering modern, functional layouts.
Drawing on our civil expertise the land requires extensive work to enable construction. With several factors impacting delivery including a beacon height plane, heavy traffic, soils and foundation development. These works are being thoroughly investigated, costed, and planned prior to breaking ground, ensuring risks are well understood and managed from the outset. Careful coordination of services, and maintaining safe site access throughout the build are key considerations that our team are confident in navigating.
The development comprises a basement carpark, lift, three commercial spaces, two studio apartments and four apartments delivered by Waikato local contractors and trades, ensuring quality workmanship and efficient programme delivery.
